Within the context of the bachelor thesis, a design of a wooden house construction was developed, including an overview of the construction systems used in such buildings. A frame construction system was chosen for this building. The design documentation was carried out for site assembly. The aim of the work is to design the building in accordance with the Act No. 159/2020 Coll., on Planning and Building Code (Building Act) for the purpose of the construction procedure. In addition, a thermal-technical analysis of the whole building was carried out.

Dřevostavba rodinného domu v obci Nivnice

The bachelor thesis is focused on the elaboration of technical documentation for the creation of a massive wooden house of a family house character in the village of Nivnice, while respecting the local construction conditions given by the territorial plan and in accordance with the requirements of the valid norm and legislative environment in the Czech Republic. The designs of the layout and the spatial solution of the house are made in five variants, depending not only on the shape of the built-up area, but also on the house type (terraced house, detached house or semi-detached house) and the size of the land. These individual types of objects are then placed in the selected site according to the current surrounding build-up area. For the selected alternative - a two-family house and a specific plot, drawing documentation, including technical description and the setting of the approximate price of construction, is created. Part of the text is a calculation of the coefficients of heat transfer through the buildings cover construction.Formula clause:Prohlašuji, že jsem práci: Dřevostavba rodinného domu v obci Nivnice vypracoval samostatně a veškeré použité prameny a informace uvádím v seznamu použité literatury. Jsem si vědom/a, že se na moji práci vztahuje zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., autorský zákon, a že Mendelova univerzita v Brně má právo na uzavření licenční smlouvy a užití této práce jako školního díla podle § 60 odst. 1 autorského zákona. Dále se zavazuji, že před sepsáním licenční smlouvy o využití díla jinou osobou (subjektem) si vyžádám písemné stanovisko univerzity, že předmětná licenční smlouva není v rozporu s oprávněnými zájmy univerzity, a zavazuji se uhradit případný příspěvek na úhradu nákladů spojených se vznikem díla, a to až do jejich skutečné výše.

Kovář, R. A design of a new building of a family house. The bachelor thesis. Brno,2017 The bachelor thesis deals with drawing up the design of a new family house. It is a two floor house where the basic structural system is the construction of the massive timber walls of the first above-ground floor. The second above-ground floor is constructed from the frame sandwich costruction. The thesis is devided into two parts the drawing and the text part. The drawing part contains design details and particular drawings of the designed builing from the foundations to the construction of the roof truss. The constructions systems of the wooden house, especially of the timbered wooden houses are described in the text part. Further, the advantages and disadvantages of solid wooden houses and possible design variants of their important parts are presented. The thermaltechnical assessment of the designed construction of the perimeter walls, the describtion of the segmentation and the particular construction of the designed building and the accompanying report are also presented in the text part of the thesis.

Dřevostavba rodinného domu bez podsklepení v okolí Jablunkova

The Bachelor’s Thesis is focused on the design and elaboration of technical documentation for creating a wooden house for family located on the concrete land. The house is one floor, without basement, designed for family with two children. The Thesis is pocessed in accordance with zoning plan of the region and with claims given by norms and legislation of Czech Republic. Three schemes of interier disposition have been created. Technical dokumentation has been created for chosen scheme including technical description, calculation of thermal transmittance values for building casing and tentative cost.

Roubená dřevostavba v CHKO Jeseníky

The main aim of my dissertation was to create a project for building permit of timbered wooden house in protected landscape area Jeseníky. The construction and building system of the house had to meet the demands placed in the Czech Republic on a year-round habitable family house. Part of the work is, besides the drawing documentation for the building permit, also necessary realization drawings of this timbered building. I also focused on the description of traditional manual technology of massive wooden houses and machine technology.

This thesis is focused on the family house design, whis is using massive wooden construction by the company NOVATOP and is based on my bachelor thesis from year 2016. The first part of the thesis solves the layout according to valid regulations and standard requirements. The thesis contains drawing part and production documentation including a statement of materials. In the text part of diploma thesis are described all possible variations of side walls and the most optimal possibility is chosen according to thermal-technical properties. In this part are also described chosen structure of the construction for family house and structural detail. Also the price was enumerated for peripheral construction, which is compared with the price from the bachelor thesis from 2016. The diploma thesis also contains accompanying and technical report of the object.

This thesis focuses on the house design, which is using massive wooden construction by NOVATOP. The first part of the thesis solves the layout according to valid regulations and standard requirements. Project documentation was also made for this family house. In the second part are described characteristics of selected construction system, selected construction compositions and also construction details. The final part is focused on assessment of peripheral structures in terms of requirements for thermal protection of buildings, price comparison of wall with facade plaster and wooden cladding. This part also approximately values the house according to the unified classification of buildings. The bachelor thesis also contains accessory and technical house report.

Work focuses on developing the structural design of two wooden buildings bungalow type. This is a design layout plan of the house. The layout drawings are prepared to design and production. Based on a drawing of bills are drawn material costs, which are compared. By comparison only affects cladding, because other structures are identical for both systems. The proposed stores are made of heat engineering calculations and compared with the standard in terms of penetration of heat and moisture balance in the structure.
